If I do not currently accept your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a ‘superbill’ to submit to your insurance for receiving ‘Out of Network’ benefits; I CANNOT guarantee reimbursement from your insurance.
If you are unable to afford the current fee, please contact me to discuss possible options.
